WHY JOIN ORA?
Inspired by the UAE and combining traditional values, forward-thinking ideas, future-conscious educational research and our original Zayed Early-Learning Framework – guided by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai – Ora is pioneering the future of early-childhood development from Dubai.
Ora believes that educators are so much more than just teachers. Employee engagement and investment are at the top of our priority list, with our inspiring colleagues regularly attending accredited international teacher-training programmes that cover the world’s most forward-thinking teaching techniques. Our early-years education and childcare experts are passionate about using child-initiated learning methods to channel little ones’ curiosity, creativity, authenticity and unique natural talents to unleash their full potential. Working alongside young people to simultaneously teach and learn, our educators reflect on what they observe in young people, playing an important role in determining not only the most pioneering ways to teach them, but also how to influence our framework’s future direction so that it becomes the most inspiring curriculum in the world. Passionate about children and how they understand our planet today, our educators recognise what kind of encouragement and assistance each individual child needs to nurture his or her future leader and create a brighter, more sustainable future.
