While our talented team has garnered vast experience in forward-thinking Nordic countries, the UK and other nations, our visionary nursery plays a vital role in our teaching methods too. Our nursery’s state-of-the-art facilities and learning zones encourage interaction, curiosity and social-and-communication skills development. We also consider parents to be vital and authentic partners in young people’s learning processes, which is why we like to involve them in the early-years journey as much as possible. By accessing our custom-built interactive Ora app, parents can monitor their little ones’ progress anytime.


Our Team

With over ten years' experience in running premiere educational establishments in the UAE, Ora’s highly-trained team is made up of a carefully curated group of education experts. We have handpicked Ora’s early-years faculty based on their knowledge of child-initiated learning, their passion for fostering curiosity, and their commitment to helping your little ones explore their talents. At Ora, we transform today’s young people into self-aware, responsible and empathic leaders of the future, delivering social change while conveying the vision of the nation’s forward-thinking leadership.

We believe that educators are more than just teachers. Playing the role of active researchers, they reflect on what children reveal during their early-years journeys and use their insights to adapt and refine the direction of our Zayed Early-Learning Framework. Our educators regularly attend accredited international teacher training programmes that cover the world’s most pioneering teaching techniques from countries like Finland – a recognised global leader in innovative play-and-discovery based learning. Inspired by well-known education pioneers, our educators have experience working in Nordic countries, the UK and other pioneering nations, using fluid techniques to ensure young people become active participants of both learning and teaching. By respecting littles ones’ personalities, learning styles and paces, they foster natural talents, promote curiosity and help children develop the practical life skills needed to design a sustainable future. Your child’s wellbeing and happiness are Ora’s top priorities. All educators are First-Aid qualified, and we have two fully-qualified nurses on site. We adhere to a close educator-to-child ratio of 1:3 for children under 12 months, 1:4 for children aged 13–24 months, 1:6 for children aged 24–36 months, and 1:8 for children aged 36–48 months.


Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management and has been working in education management in the Middle East for over seven years. Dina started her career as a high-school teacher, teaching economics and business before moving into HR and operations in educational facilities. Inspired by her own children – who she says have been her greatest and most inspiring educators – Dina believes that every young person is unique and has the right to an exceptional education that offers him or her the skills to be able to adapt to life’s evolving challenges.

Boasting five years’ early-years education experience, Karina worked as a kindergarten teacher in Dubai- and Denmark-based nurseries before accepting a position as lead educator at a Dubai-based centre for children with additional needs. Passionate about incorporating movement into the early-years framework, in her free time Karina enjoys walking, dancing and working out. An animal lover with two cats, Karina believes that the presence of animals can enhance children’s learning and development. She recently completed an Animal-Assisted Therapy course to more deeply understand the beneficial roles that living creatures may play in human development.

Karina Educator

Maita used to be a science teacher in the Philippines, but she’s still passionate about the power science has to motivate curiosity in children and prepare young minds to embrace challenges through strength and determination. When she’s not looking after the children at Ora, Maita loves reading detective fiction.

Nikki has been a dedicated nurse for six-plus years. She started her career in the Philippines, working as an emergency nurse for two years before moving to Dubai to work as a home nurse taking care of babies and young children. Passionate about children’s wellbeing and happiness, Nikki was inspired to move to Ora to look after our young learners. When she’s not working you’ll find her relaxing with her husband or video calling her family back home in the Philippines.

Shayne has been working in Dubai for the past four years. Starting off her career in a hospital in the Philippines, she moved to Dubai to work in a home-care environment. Shayne says that being a nurse is a fulfilling job in that it allows her to positively influence not only her patients, but their families too. Shayne – who believes that fostering an upbeat outlook in life is vital to one’s good health – is a mother to one. When she isn’t working you’ll find her dining out, cooking and spending time with her family.

Before coming to Dubai, Raquel worked in the Philippines in a hotel as Housekeeper for 3 years. She has also worked as a voluntary Assistant Teacher in a daycare facility for 1 year. Raquel also has experience as a caregiver for almost 6 years before joining Ora as a Nursery Assistant. She’s excited to be a part of the Ora team and believes she can help in providing a safe environment for the children at Ora.

Rhea Osano worked in the Philippines as a kindergarten teacher for 7 years – she also taught children in Grade 4 and 5. Rhea holds a Bachelor’s Gegree in Elementary Education with a Major in General Education. Furthermore, she completed her Academic Units in Master of Arts in Education Major Educational Management.

Blesshe worked in the Philippines as a Secondary School teacher and specialised in teaching Science. Before becoming a teacher, Blesshe also worked as a tutor in different schools where she offered one-to-one support to help her students achieve their goals.

Monia is originally from Tunisia and has lived in Dubai for the past 12 years. She’s one of the Teaching Assistants in the Jetsets at Ora and has 3 years of experience in nurseries. She loves working with children and being a part of their learning and development.

Paula works as an Assistant Teacher at Ora. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Previously, she has worked in a hospital as a Medical Front Desk Associate. In her free time, she loves to paint and aspires to become a Visual Artist someday. She is very fond of children because they are not afraid to express themselves through art.

Fahima is an experienced, fun and enthusiastic teacher from London who holds a CACHE Level 3 in Child Care. She has worked with FS1 children for over 10 years. After moving to Dubai in 2009, she continued to follow her passion through sharing her knowledge and experience whilst working as a CACHE Assessor for 2 years. During this time, she supported/mentored a range of candidates in becoming qualified Early Years Practitioners. Fahima enjoys challenging children’s critical thinking skills through having a ‘Inquiry-based’ learning approach as well as supporting children to become independent learners, all with the aim of promoting and reinforcing student’s independence and meeting their individual needs.

Aliaa is a friendly, nurturing, and dedicated teacher who has an ambition to succeed in the educational field.  She holds a Diploma for Children and Young People’s Workforce, Cache Level 3 and a Diploma in Fashion and Textile Design. Aliaa began her educational journey seven years ago in Syria where she educated kindergarten children for two years and then decided to move to the UAE where she continued her passion in teaching children for the past five years.

“I have a passion for educating young children and I believe that every child has a unique and wonderful spirit. My goal is to encourage and support children to independently explore, discover and actively learn to grow into adults who are independent, responsible, and compassionate innovators."

Marjorie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and has been working as a primary teacher in the field of education for three-plus years. Marjorie started her educational career in South Africa as a Grade 2 teacher for 2 years. She decided to broaden her educational knowledge by moving to the UAE where she taught Year 1 for a year.

“Being a Primary teacher is so much more than just being involved in the physical act of teaching. Compassion, enthusiasm and dedication towards teaching along with the ability to prepare, plan, and implement lessons and instructional units are the strengths of a worthy teacher. As a teacher you must strive to serve the youth of the community and country by contributing your time and talents. It is important for your learners to understand their full potential and help them realise how important they are for the future of this country and their lifelong contribution to the world as we know it. I believe that as a teacher you have the opportunity to be an educator, a leader of your classroom, and with that power comes responsibility and opportunity to shape minds and ideas. Our cutting-edge facility has been designed by award-winning interior-architecture practice Pallavi Dean Interiors, a specialist in early-years education design. Housing a soft-play area with a dedicated monochrome space, exploration corners, mindfulness areas, sensory sections, a Mars Lab, and an English-Arabic library showcasing several books we’ve written ourselves, every aspect of the nursery has been designed to foster curiosity, creativity, independence, communication, coordination, motor skills, emotional intelligence and a love of learning. We want little ones to immerse themselves in the present, so they can develop their unique visions for a brighter future.
